What it does
Seller onboarding and KYC
Sign-up, PAN / GSTIN / IFSC checks offline, an encrypted documents vault, agreements with OTP, a two-person approval for risky sellers.
One cart, many sellers
The cart groups by seller with each one's delivery date and fee; one payment by PhonePe, PayU, PayPal, UPI or cash on delivery, split to the paisa.
Each seller's GST documents
Invoice and credit-note series per seller GSTIN and financial year, e-invoice and e-way bill JSON, GSTR-1 data for each seller.
Fees, ledger and payouts
Commission and fee rules with a simulator, an append-only ledger per seller, payout runs approved by a second person, bank files and UTR import.
TCS and TDS
GST TCS (section 52) and income-tax TDS (194-O) per document, month close, GSTR-8 data, statements for sellers.
Seller hub and app
Orders with SLA countdowns, shipping with Shiprocket or Delhivery, returns, payouts, reports, an API and webhooks, scan-to-pack on the phone.
Trust and safety
Moderation, brand gating, takedowns, disputes and grievances with timers, seller health scores, a fraud queue — every decision by a person.
Smart without AI
A published buy-box formula, duplicate and price checks, demand forecasts, real dispatch times in delivery dates; an optional AI helper.

Questions
Does it need a VPS?
No. It runs on cPanel shared hosting with PHP 8.1+, MySQL or MariaDB and one cron line. For very busy sale days a VPS is safer.
Who collects the money?
The marketplace collects every payment on its own gateway account and pays sellers from their ledgers by bank file. Gateway split settlement comes in 1.1.0; ask your adviser about the RBI rules for your model.
Does it file GST or TDS returns?
No. It helps: it prepares the sellers' GSTR-1 data, the GSTR-8 data of the TCS and the 194-O TDS file for you and your CA to check and file.
Is it in Hindi?
Every page for buyers, sellers and staff is in Hindi and English.
