Each seller's terms
Every product page and the checkout show the seller's own return, refund and exchange terms before you pay. Those terms apply to that seller's items.
How to return
- Open your order, choose the item and the reason, and add photos where asked.
- The seller answers within the time shown; if the seller does not answer, the return is approved.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the way you paid. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded to the UPI ID or bank account you give. We tell you the expected date at every step.
